Where do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments by credit and debit card, bank transfer, and Paypal. For payments made in Portugal, we also offer Multibanco reference and MbWay options.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Depending on the day and payment method, your order will be scheduled for the next available Monday.
How are shipping costs calculated?
The cost of shipping will depend on the value and weight of your order, as well as the destination country.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged order?
You should contact us by email with photographic evidence. Please provide your order number and describe the issue in detail.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, within certain parameters. To do so, please contact us via email at geral@lojaEspacoVerde.com with the subject "Order Modification (order number)".
I've never had Proteas, Leucadendrons, or Leucospermums. How should I care for them?
